Ive just started my own bodybuilding program
I had been thinking of it for several months, but couldn"t get down to work. I finally started my own bodybuilding program three weeks ago. I must say that muscle soreness was something that discouraged me at first. But my coach said the body needs at least twenty-one days to get used to anaerobic exercise, and he was right! Now, I don"t feel any soreness at all. I"ve also changed my diet a bit. I used to have a sweet snack or a junk food meal sometimes, but now I have excluded these things from my diet completely. Including much more protein is really important for me now, so I eat a lot of fish, cheese, soy beans, eggs and yoghurt. I also eat fruit or vegetables at least five times a day. And I"ve switched to isotonic drinks. Of course, I still drink a lot of water, but I"ve noticed that isotonic drinks help me quench thirst much more quickly after workout. My younger sister says my muscles have grown a bit and the shape of my face has also changed. Well, I suppose this can"t be true at this point. Maybe she is just trying to imagine what I might look like in a couple of months. Of course, I don"t expect my bodybuilding program will bring incredible results. I just want to look a bit more impressive and perhaps feel a bit stronger and safer in the street.
