Sell gold shopping centre
The new Sell gold shopping centre is being build on the outskirts of our city this year. The investors claim that its going to be the biggest centre in Poland as its going to take nine square kilometres. The construction wont have been finished until the end of the year but some shopping chains have already announced their wish to own a shop in the centre. The spokesman for the centre claims that the exact locations of particular shops has not been set yet. The main advantage of the new Sell gold shopping centre is its excellent localisation. Its set on the junction of two motorways and within short distance to several big cities that ensures great profitability. However, the Sell gold shopping centre is not the only one in the area. There are four other shopping galleries within twenty kilometres. The marketing experts predict that in the face of such fierce competition from large supermarket chains, local stores might go out of business. Most of the residents of the area declare that they support the creation of the new shopping centre but there is a strong group of local businessmen who are not in favour of the idea. They had organised several manifestations against the project before the construction started, still their protests had no effect on the investment plans.
